Good now, beautiful soul.
For me, it’s early.
The sky is still undecided, and the kettle is preparing my water for tea…
after our collective hearts gather from all over the world.
Not to hustle. Not to perform.
But to sit.
To be.
To breathe.
And in that pause, something profound happens.
We create a quiet revolution.
Each morning on Insight Timer, I host a 20-minute meditation session.
We start off reflecting on wise words from an author of a card deck before we sit in stillness.
And every time, without fail, something subtle and sacred unfolds:
We become a ripple.
A calm breath in a chaotic world.
A moment of coherence in a sea of noise.
A space of peace where none existed before.
The Science + Soul Behind It
Meditation isn’t just personal — it’s planetary.
When you meditate, you shift your physiology, yes.
And you also shift the field.
As Dr. David Hawkins wrote:
“Everything in the universe gives off an energy pattern… Every thought is known and recorded forever.”
And as I often remind our morning group:
“When you win, I win. We all win.”
Because one person sitting in peace… changes the frequency of the whole room.
And when hundreds of us do it together….
That’s a current of consciousness.
What This Practice Has Taught Me
That presence is power.
Stillness is not passive.
And that showing up every day matters
Consistency in your meditation is not about streaks or stats.
It’s about remembering that your energy — which adds to the unified field of collective consciousness — matters.
And when you commit to peace, you become a broadcast tower for it.
A Gentle Invitation
Join me any weekday morning at 5:30am ET on Insight Timer.
Or… sit with yourself wherever you are.
Because the location doesn’t matter.
The intention does.
Journal Prompt (if you’d like):
How does my personal practice ripple outward into the world?
A Final Whisper:
You make a difference with every sit.
Thank you for creating a quiet revolution too.
With stillness and strength,
Nicole
